Filming at Infrastructure Ontario-Managed Properties
As managers of one of the largest real estate portfolios in Canada, we can provide access to a number of sites that offer a diverse and dramatic range of filming locations for productions taking place in Ontario. Properties in our portfolio are owned by the provincial government and day-to-day operations are managed by Infrastructure Ontario Property Services (IOPS).
Information on available filming locations, how to obtain a licence to film, responses to frequently asked questions, and the appropriate application form can be found below. All film requests must be made in writing to IO Property Services (CBRE) at OntarioSpace.io@cbre.com.
Please note that we require advance notice of 15 business days prior to filming to process filming requests.
